Registration Options:

Full Registration includes all sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, as well as the Welcome Happy Hour, the Awards Reception, and the Evening Awards Banquet.

Thursday Only Registration includes Thursday's sessions, the Awards Reception, and the Evening Awards Banquet.

Wednesday Only Registration includes Wednesday's sessions and the Welcome Happy Hour.

Friday Only Registration includes Friday's sessions only.

(Extra registration fee for the VFLEP Landowner Workshop or the Project Learning Tree Workshop.)

Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations received in writing to the VFA office by Monday, April 17, 2023 will receive a refund, minus a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 17. Transfer of a registration to a colleague is free of charge but must be requested in writing to VFA by Monday, April 17, 2023.

Room Rate: $199 per night single/double (plus tax). The negotiated rate of $199 is available Tuesday, April 25, through Thursday, April 27, 2023. Additional nights may be available upon request.
