Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations received in writing to the VFA office by Wednesday, April 30, 2025, will receive a refund, minus a 20% processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 30. Transfer of a registration to a colleague is free of charge but must be requested in writing to VFA by Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
