2025 Forestry Summit Sponsorship & Support Opportunities

The annual Forestry Summit brings together a coalition of forest landowners, forest products business owners, industry and natural resource professionals, and others from Virginia Forestry Association (VFA), the Virginia Chapter of the Association of Consulting Foresters (ACF), and the Virginia Division of the Society of American Foresters (SAF). We are very excited to return to in-person events!
We have an array of sponsorship offerings perfect for any budget, all geared to increase your company’s visibility and connection to the Virginia forestry market.
Sponsors provide donations that support Summit activities to help offset costs, reduce registration fees for attendees, and increase attendance.
SOLD OUT Name Badge Lanyard - $2,500 (Exclusive Opportunity)
Your logo will be printed on the badge holder lanyard given to all attendees. The sponsorship price is inclusive of production of the lanyard. The sponsorship also includes a half-page ad in the conference program and one complimentary registration for the Summit, and recognition throughout the event.
Summit Bag Sponsor - $2,500 (Exclusive Opportunity)
Sponsor of conference bags given to all Summit attendees. (VFA will cover the cost of the branded bag, but cost limit exists.) The sponsorship includes one complimentary registration for the Summit and recognition throughout the event.
SOLD OUT Keynote Session Sponsor - $2,500 (Exclusive Opportunity)
This is the kickoff to the conference and the best opportunity for a fully engaged audience to deliver your message that will resonate for the duration of the conference. You’ll have the opportunity for a 1-minute video presentation and introduction of the keynote session speaker onstage. Additionally, the sponsorship includes one complimentary registration for the Summit and recognition throughout the event.
Awards Banquet Sponsor - $2,000 (Four Two available)
The annual Awards Banquet honors the recipients of the VFA Distinguished Service Award, VFA Outstanding Member of the Year, and VFA Logger Merit Award. The sponsorship includes signage in a prominent location and recognition at food/reception stations.
Welcome Happy Hour Sponsor - $2,000 (Two available)
The first night of the Summit is all about fun and networking in a relaxed environment. The sponsorship includes prominent sign placement and recognition throughout the reception.
SOLD OUT Tour Bus Sponsor - $1,000 (Exclusive Opportunity)
This is a wonderful opportunity to show your support for the tours offered at the Summit. This exclusive sponsorship includes a logoed bottle of water for each tour participant and recognition throughout the meeting.
Summit Bag Add-in Item Sponsor - $500 (Five available)
Sponsor of one item in Summit conference bag. (Sponsor to provide items, 200 total. Item must be approved by VFA.)
Supporters provide donations that support Summit activities and events to help offset costs, reduce registration fees for attendees, and increase attendance to foster fellowship for our forestry community.
All supporter levels include recognition before the event (newsletter, website, and promotional brochure) and recognition at the event (signage, on-site program, and slideshow).
